Wellington Interclub Print Battle

Tuesday, 12 August, Presbyterian Church Hall, Ngaio St, Waikanae, 7.30pm

This is the annual print competition between the five Greater Wellington photographic clubs, hosted this year by the Kapiti Coast Photographic Society (previously the Waikanae Camera Club).

Each club enters a print for each of the set subjects and the judge places them in order from first to fifth, with points awarded accordingly. The WPS entries will have been chosen at the July meetings.

At the end of the evening, the club with the most points (or the fewest, depending on the points system being used) is declared the winner.

We need as many members as possible to go along and cheer loudly for our entries and heckle the judge when he/she doesn’t see that our print is the best.

To get to the venue, at the BP service station on SH1 at Waikanae, head towards the coast along Ngaio St for 500 m to the church hall, which is on the right, opposite Kaikomako Rd.

If you are taking a car, please consider offering to take some other members with you.
