WPS Strategy
The Wellington Photographic Society Strategy 2008 - 2012 paper sets out the strategy for the Wellington Photographic Society (WPS) for the period 2008 -2012.
The strategy was developed from work done by the WPS Committee in February-March 2007. The main features of this work were to look at common characteristics and preferences among members, to examine what benefits members currently get from WPS, and to identify what members want from WPS.
The strategy consists of:
- A statement of purpose for WPS
- Objectives which, when achieved, will meet the purpose
- Priorities and actions to deliver on the objectives
- A timetable of actions over the period 2008 – 2012
- A process for monitoring and reporting progress against the objectives.
The strategy will be reviewed annually at the beginning of each calendar year by the Committee and updated or modified as required.
